Shop Halo Halo is owned and operated by me, Geleen Abenoja, a Filipina born and raised in the Pacific Northwest with a penchant for handmade crafts and desserts, and a deep love of her Filipina roots. Shop Halo Halo is POC, Woman-owned and I'm running things solo, so your support is very much appreciated during this unprecedented time. I work to ensure that the delicious goods and sweets I make bring a smile to your face! Nationwide shipping (non-food orders)

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, but generally can take between 2-4 business days. 

For non-food orders, I ship within the United States via USPS First Class Mail. Estimated shipping time ranges between 5-7 business days, and may be delayed due to courier conditions under the COVID-19 pandemic. While I do my best to meet shipping estimates, actual delivery time is not guaranteed and depends upon the courier.

Returns & Exchanges for non-food orders

I gladly accept returns and exchanges of non-food items within 30 days!

Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. Undamaged items will receive a full refund upon receipt.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Head wear

  • Sale/Clearance items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I will not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, I require photos of the external and internal packaging in order to submit a damage claim before the item can be replaced.


Cancellations & changes to food orders

Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted via email with name and order number 2 days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled pick-up date. Changes to your order or refunds will not be accepted if not submitted with at least 2 days (48 hour) notice. There will also be no refunds for orders that are not picked up within 15 minutes of closing. Please respect the policy. For issues with the product, contact us at
