Privacy & Safety

Shop Halo Halo does not use or store personal information for any reason other than direct interaction with our community and customers, which includes, but is not limited to, purchase confirmation, payment verification, event and sale announcements, and quarterly newsletters.


Shop Halo Halo accepts secure and verified payments with PayPal as well as credit/debit card payments via PayPal Guest Checkout.

Nationwide shipping (non-food orders)

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, but generally can take between 2-4 business days. 

For non-food orders, I only ship within the United States via USPS First Class Mail. Estimated shipping time ranges between 5-7 business days, and may be delayed due to courier conditions under the COVID-19 pandemic. While I do my best to meet shipping estimates, actual delivery time is not guaranteed and depends upon the courier. 


Nationwide shipping (food orders)

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, but generally can take between 2-4 business days.


All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), but please be aware that due to the ongoing pandemic, these shipping times may be delayed by 1-2 days. I am not shipping items that require freezing or refrigeration during this time, so please order only from the available shipping menu. Also note that delivery is estimated to be 1-3 days from the date shipped, not the date the order was placed.

Contact-free delivery

To ensure the health and safety of my customers and myself, as the maker and delivery driver, I am enforcing a strict no-contact delivery policy. This means:

  1. Your package will be left on the doorstep, or other designated area indicated in your order

  2. You will provide special instructions, if necessary, to gain easy access to your address, including entry codes, if applicable

  3. You will receive a text once the package is delivered and you will be responsible for retrieving the package thereafter

  4. You can expect your order to be dropped off between 12pm and 7pm on selected delivery days

  5. Takeout is not available at this time, nor will I be accepting any requests for halfway meeting points. Pick-ups are periodically available via BindlePDX in the SE and NE areas. Check out my BindlePDX Seller Page for information and availability

  6. I wear a mask/face cover while making deliveries, frequently wash or sanitize my hands as well as high touch areas (steering wheel, car handles, etc.)

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges of non-food items within 30 days!

Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. Undamaged items will receive a full refund upon receipt.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Head wear

  • Sale/Clearance items

  • Food items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I will not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, I require photos of the external and internal packaging in order to submit a damage claim before the item can be replaced.
