Shop Halo Halo does not use or store personal information for any reason other than direct interaction with our community and customers, which includes, but is not limited to, purchase confirmation, payment verification, event and sale announcements, and quarterly newsletters.

Nationwide shipping (non-food orders)
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, but generally can take between 2-4 business days. For details, see individual items.
For non-food orders, I only ship within the United States via USPS First Class Mail. Estimated shipping time ranges between 5-7 business days, and may be delayed due to courier conditions under the COVID-19 pandemic. While we do my best to meet shipping estimates, actual delivery time is not guaranteed and depends upon the courier.
For food orders, I ship on Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid the weekend layover and to guarantee the freshness of my products. Food orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
Dessert orders placed between 8am Monday and 8am Thursday are shipped the following Monday.
Dessert orders placed between 8am Thursday and 8am Monday are shipped the following Wednesday.

Where do you ship to?
I ship to all parts of the US including Hawaii and Alaska via USPS Priority Mail. I also make local contact-free deliveries on a weekly basis to specific parts of Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. Please note that the menus for Local Delivery and Nationwide Shipping are different. Visit the Local Delivery page to see what is available and if you are eligible for delivery!
When are orders shipped?
Food orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) on Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid the weekend layover and to guarantee the freshness of my products. Orders placed between 8am Monday and 8am Thursday are shipped the following Monday. Orders placed between 8am Thursday and 8am Monday are shipped the following Wednesday. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
How are orders packaged?
Food orders are packaged carefully and thoughtfully in enforced mailer boxes to avoid getting crushed. During the warmer months, macarons will be shipped with an ice pack to keep them cool. This ice pack will melt in transit-- don't worry if this happens! Other than a select few items that will be shipped cooled, like macarons and ensaymada, I do not ship desserts that require refrigeration or freezing.
To ensure the health and safety of my customers and myself, as the maker and delivery driver, I am enforcing a strict no-contact delivery policy. This means:
Your package will be left on the doorstep, or other designated area indicated in your order
You will provide special instructions, if necessary, to gain easy access to your address, including entry codes, if applicable
You will receive a text once the package is delivered and you will be responsible for retrieving the package thereafter
You can expect your order to be dropped off between 12pm and 6pm on the Sunday following your order date
Pickups and takeouts are not available at this time, nor will I be accepting any requests for halfway meeting points.
I wear a mask/face cover while making deliveries, frequently wash or sanitize my hands as well as high touch areas (steering wheel, car handles, etc.)

Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of non-food items within 30 days!
Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. Undamaged items will receive a full refund upon receipt.

Custom or personalized items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I will not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, I require photos of the external and internal packaging in order to submit a damage claim before the item can be replaced.
