A popular merienda during the holiday season, the Bibingka Espesyal is a sweet rice cake baked in aromatic banana leaves and topped with salted duck egg and shredded cheddar. Also available without salted duck egg.
Ingredients: Sweet rice flour, sugar, oat milk, coconut milk, eggs, butter, baking powder, salt.
CONTAINS: COCONUT, EGGS, DAIRY
Keep refrigerated until day of serving. Reheat in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, or move to a microwave-safe container or serving platter and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Serve warm.
The bibingka is in an aluminum tin which is not microwavable. DO NOT MICROWAVE IN THE ALUMINUM TIN.
