From our collaboration with Leslie's Lumpia, we've put together little ube mochi waffle (or pancake!) kits. Just add eggs and milk, or an equivalent amount of your choice of plant-based egg and milk alternatives. Makes 4-6 waffles/pancakes that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside!
