What is a Parol?

The Filipino Parol is a star-shaped lantern, made traditionally with paper and bamboo, it's an iconic symbol of Christmas in the Philippines!

Come join us at Shop Halo Halo for a parol ornament making workshop lead by our very own Jessica Moss.

 

Each ticket comes with 1 premade parol frame that you'll get to decorate in shop, as well as materials to make one at home. Tea and meryenda will be provided. Gather your friends and family and purchase tickets below!

Our December 7th class sold out in 3 days and due to popular demand, we've added December 14th and 21st as well. Seats are limited so be sure to reserve your ticket ASAP!
