Mango Float, or crema de mangga, is a Filipino icebox dessert traditionally made with graham crackers, whipped cream, condensed milk, and ripe, sweet Philippine mango. This version is completely vegan! Made with a homemade (honey-free!) graham cracker crust, coconut whipped cream, and Philippine mango. Served in a 3-inch (4oz) tin.
Serve chilled or freeze to achieve ice cream-like consistency!
