In honor of Filipino American History Month, this curated pastry box is a "mix mix" of some of our favorite nostalgic Filipino treats as well as some Fil-Am fusions!

 

Each box includes:

  • 1 Slice Sapin Sapin (Vegan, Gluten-Free): A 3-layered steamed sweet rice cake. Each color is a different flavor--purple is ube, white is coconut, and yellow is jackfruit. It's topped with our housemade coconut caramel sauce and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
  • 2 Ube Crinkle Cookies (Vegan): A classic crinkle cookie packed with our housemade ube halaya (purple yam jam). The ube halaya gives the cookie a soft, almost cakey texture while the outside is slightly crisp from the baked powdered sugar coating. These are our best sellers!
  • 2 Bibingka (Gluten-Free): A little sweet, a little savory--bibingka are traditional sweet rice cakes baked in banana leaves and topped with shredded cheese.
  • 1 12oz Serving of Ginataang Bilo Bilo (Vegan, Gluten-Free): Ginataang Bilo Bilo is a sweet coconut stew made with chopped cassava, taro, saba banana, ube, jackfruit, tapioca pearls and Bilo-Bilo or sweet sticky rice balls. Best served warm!
  • 1 Slice Cassava Cake (Gluten-Free): Grated cassava root cooked with eggs and coconut milk. Chewy in texture and topped with a light egg custard.
  • 1 Pandan Mamon: Fluffy chiffon cake flavored with pandan (screwpine) extract. It has an aromatic, lightly floral and coconutty flavor.
  • 1 Sans Rival (Gluten-Free): A cashew meringue cake with layers of vanilla Swiss buttercream and roasted cashews.
  • 1 Blueberry Calamansi Muffin: A perfectly dense, but soft blueberry muffin topped with a brown sugar almond streusel and calamansi glaze.
